The artistic method of Ghost Reflection is somewhat related to the practices of echolocation and exploration geophysics (where the name of the project is coming from).
Carefully crafted sound impulses bombard the space of the unconscious, revealing its structure, currents and morphologies - and also flora & fauna - based on the picture of registered reflections.

The very first cassette longplay in the project's history demonstrates a wide selection of important or “best hit” phenomena, observed and recorded in the period from about 2005 to 2015.

Most of the tracks were previously released in digital format; however, for this release they were restored from sources, re-mixed, rendered in high definition and recontextualized. Unreleased and exclusive materials were also added; all this together would make the release no less interesting to ones already familiar with the records.

This compilation demonstrates the dominant aspects of Ghost Reflection’s approach of this period of work: dark isolationist landscapes, irrational droning sound structures, strange distorted voices, low and ultra-low frequencies with a touch of noise-ambient and ritual industrial. Inspired by experimental industrial classics and projects/artists such as Inanna, Illusion of Safety, Lull, Francisco López, etc.
